"Do I Really Have Time to Deal with This?"
Once a year that infamous decision approaches us all as Owners, Human Resources
Directors, or just that lucky committee person, "What do I do to thank the employees
for another hard years effort." Between tough budget decisions and the company's
liability the traditional Christmas party seems to have taken the path of the dinosaur.
That's where Craigmeur Recreation Complex steps in. We offer the alternative, and we do it
better and easier than any other event you have ever had to plan "Guaranteed!"

years of experience in Summer Picnics, Team Building days, alternative Business Meetings,
and Corporate Olympics.
Though our emphasis has shifted somewhat from general public to the corporate world since
the inception of the Summer business in 1978 we have always maintained that family ethic,
"We are here to Serve." Whether it be a group of 50 or an event in the thousands
we treat them all as million dollar customers.
We started by taking a look within our own departments, whether it be Sales, Operations,
Food & Beverage, or Executive Management they all came back with the same answer.
"Who has time to do more work like plan a picnic." What startled us was the
apparent lack of time these people had after their daily responsibilities. No matter how
much fun a picnic would be to plan they simply did not have the time or resources to do
it. Especially if you consider that planning an event constitutes finding a place,
securing permits if needed, arranging for catering, extra insurance, planning activities
and games, and purchasing or renting the field and game supplies. Now it's time to do the
invitations, compile the sign ups, and find a "volunteer" to coordinate the
events on the day of!
Craigmeur found the need and created the better way. We furnish everything from the food,
facilities, sporting equipment, insurance, activities, and recreational directors, all at
one place for one price. We even do the invitations, activities schedules, and supply
color posters to advertise the event at your facility if requested. Whether it be a
Company Picnic, Business Meeting, or Corporate Olympics we do it all, "A one stop
shop."
Picture your last Sales & Marketing meeting then consider ours. A short drive to the
country followed by coffee and fresh donuts, jump right into your meeting agenda then take
a break and enjoy lunch from a buffet style menu with sumptuous fare. Relax by the pool or
